Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Breezy Design Co LLC ("we", "us"), which makes ShootTempo. By using ShootTempo you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company too.

The service

ShootTempo helps production teams plan and run shoot days: schedules, crew links, call sheets, daily reports and related tools. It's offered by invitation while we're in early access. We may change, add or remove features, and we'll give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

Accounts

• Each company has a master account that manages its team, branding and shoots. The master is responsible for who they add and what their team does in ShootTempo.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk.

Your content

What you put into ShootTempo, such as schedules, crew details, notes, logos and diagrams, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run ShootTempo for you and the people you share it with. You're responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for having permission to include people's names, contact details and other information about them.

Acceptable use

Don't use ShootTempo to break the law, send spam or messages people didn't ask for, upload anything harmful, try to get into other companies' information, or overload or interfere with the service.

Paid plans

ShootTempo is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price and terms before anything is charged, and you can choose not to continue.

Plans change on set

ShootTempo helps you plan, but shoots depend on people, weather, locations and safety. Schedules, estimated wrap times, pace suggestions and weather forecasts are estimates, not guarantees. You're responsible for decisions on set, including safety, meal breaks, labor rules and permits.

Availability

We work to keep ShootTempo running and your information safe, and it keeps a copy on your device so it works offline. Even so, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a missed shot, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for ShootTempo in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid anything.

Ending use

You can stop using ShootTempo at any time and ask us to delete your information. We may end the service with at least 30 days' notice, and we'll give you a way to export your shoots first.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and let account owners know about significant changes by email. Continuing to use ShootTempo after a change means you accept it.
